1. Mainnet Progress and Ecosystem Momentum
Safrochain has officially confirmed that Mainnet remains on track for launch in Q3 2026, marking a major milestone in the ecosystem’s development.
Current efforts are focused on:
- Validator onboarding and network preparation
- Protocol stabilization and security reviews
- Ecosystem readiness and coordination
- Community education and onboarding
SAF Tokenomics
As Mainnet approaches, the SAF token will power the Safrochain ecosystem as its native utility, staking, and governance token.
With a total genesis supply of 1 billion SAF, the token is designed to support:
- Transaction fees
- Validator staking and network security
- Delegation rewards
- Governance participation
- Ecosystem growth and adoption
Recent ecosystem initiatives, including Campaign Phase 2, the Genesis Validator Program, the Ambassador Program, and the announcement of 40,000,000 SAF reserved for Phase 1 Airdrop Rewards, are helping prepare the community for participation in the Safrochain economy ahead of Mainnet.

2. Safrochain Technical Update: Testnet Progress and Mainnet Readiness
As Mainnet approaches, Safrochain has published a technical update highlighting the network’s readiness for launch.
The update confirms the successful operation of the public testnet, with more than 11.9 million blocks produced, stable network performance, validator participation, governance testing, smart contract validation, and IBC interoperability.
It also highlights the preparation of the genesis configuration, including 9 Genesis Validators, alongside ecosystem components ready for launch.

3. Ambassador Program: Selection Process Underway
The selection phase has closed. After interviews, 8 candidates have been retained as Safrochain Ambassadors.

4. Safrochain Campaign Phase 2: Strengthening Community Participation
Safrochain Campaign Phase 2 is gradually coming to its end on June 29, 2026 at 10:00 pm.
All Safrochain ecosystem members are encouraged to continue completing quests on Airlyft:

These Airlyft quests help ecosystem members learn about the ecosystem, explore products and infrastructure, and earn XP, increasing their opportunity to participate in the first distribution phase ahead of Mainnet Q3 2026.
As a reminder, 40,000,000 $SAF is reserved for Phase 1 Airdrop Rewards, and participation in these quests will be taken into account:

5. Safrimba: Bringing Community Savings On-Chain
Test activity on Safrimba is ongoing, with continuous creation of new savings cycles and increasing user experimentation across the platform.
This confirms active product testing and real behavioral usage ahead of Mainnet.

6. Genesis Validator Program Update
Validator applications officially closed on June 1, 2026.
The Safrochain Foundation has now published the updated Genesis Validator Delegation Sheet, detailing the distribution of 199,000,000 SAF allocated across:
- 9 Genesis Validators (2 Foundation Validators and 7 Community-Elected Validators)
- 57 Active Community Validators
Validators are encouraged to review the delegation tracking sheet and verify:
- Validator addresses;
- Testnet wallet information;
- Allocation details;
- Assigned validator buckets.
alidators who identify incorrect information, missing records, or require wallet updates should update the Notes section of the tracking sheet and contact the validator coordination team for verification no later than June 15, 2026.
After this deadline, the delegation sheet will be locked and the bootstrap airdrop process will begin.
